Since we know that the Artist, Authors and Associations need to know up front and as far out as possible, one of our first decisions was the charge for all AA&A and non-food vendors that cost is $66.00. However if you are a paid up member of ANY one of the 8 Route 66 State Associations ( if it is the Old Route 66 Association of Texas that would be great…but ANY one is acceptable) your cost is FREE!!
1 Table and 2 chairs will be furnished at no cost.
The facility you will be set up in is the Shamrock Community Center. It is a wonderful space with room for 1,200 people so it will hold many vendors. It is located on Highway 83 (not to far off 66). We will be putting a map together once we get all the events planned to show you where each one is located in relation to the U -Drop Inn.
The Community Center has a full kitchen and will have catering and /or concessions so that vendors will be able to eat on site. There is a very large stage that will home to The Road Crew’s performance!!

Cost for: Artist, Authors, State Associations and non-food vendors ~ $66.00, unless you are a paid up member of any one of the 8 Route 66 State Associations then the cost is FREE! (Each additional booth is $66.00) 1 Table and 2 chairs will be furnished at no cost!!
